1) About these Terms

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any non-excludable rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10) Disputes, governing law & jurisdiction

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
