4) Purchases do not increase chances of winning real money

Buying Virtual Items does not increase your chances of winning any real‑money prize. Where gameplay includes chance-based outcomes, purchases only provide the Virtual Items described at the time of purchase.

5) Billing, subscriptions, and receipts

In‑app purchases are processed by your platform provider (e.g., Apple or Google) using the payment method linked to your account. Please check your store purchase history/receipts for transaction details.

• Refund requests are generally handled by the store where you purchased (Apple App Store / Google Play) under their policies.
• Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guarantees may apply to digital products and services in certain circumstances.
• If you believe you were charged incorrectly, a purchase was made without authorisation, or items were not delivered as described, contact us so we can assist.

7) Parental controls and unauthorised purchases

• Use device and store parental controls (e.g., purchase approvals, password/biometric prompts, Family Sharing/Family Link) to help prevent unauthorised purchases.
• Keep your account credentials secure and do not share your device unlock code.
